The Equestrian and Event Manager plays a pivotal role in creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive horseback riding program for Girl Scouts of all ages. This position oversees the daily operations of the Camp Liberty Equestrian Center, ensuring that both horses and facilities receive exceptional care. As part of the Events and Experience team, you will design, implement, and evaluate year-round programming tailored for Girl Scouts in grades K–12, with a particular emphasis on the vibrant summer camp equestrian program running from June to August. In addition to program management, you will cultivate community partnerships to enhance funding and volunteer engagement, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, hands-on experiences that truly embody the Girl Scout mission.
