YMCA Camp Kern is seeking a bold, growth-minded Equestrian Director to lead and expand Circle K Ranch into a premier four-season equestrian program in the Midwest.

This is not a caretaker role.
This is a builder’s role.

Circle K Ranch is positioned for expansion.

• Two full indoor riding arenas — enabling true 12-month programming
• Established summer ranch camp and lesson offerings

We are looking for a leader who can turn strong infrastructure into exceptional impact.

• A proven equestrian leader with real herd management expertise
• Experienced supervising instructors and developing staff
• Comfortable owning a department budget
• Strategically minded and financially aware
• Energized by growth, not intimidated by it
• Equally confident in boots and in leadership meetings
• Expanded lesson tracks
• Specialty riding camps
• Clinics and horse shows
• Competitive programs

• Off-season revenue streams
