Equestrian Director

YMCA Camp Kern – Lebanon, Ohio

Don’t Just Run a Ranch. Build One.

Are you currently leading an equestrian program and thinking…
“I could do more if I had the facilities, the support, and the vision behind me”?

Do you want year-round infrastructure, real budget authority, and the backing of a thriving YMCA camp?

YMCA Camp Kern is seeking a bold, growth-minded Equestrian Director to lead and expand Circle K Ranch into a premier four-season equestrian program in the Midwest.

  • Established summer ranch camp and lesson offerings
  • A strong camp brand serving thousands of youth annually
  • Executive-level support for strategic growth

We are looking for a leader who can turn strong infrastructure into exceptional impact.

  • A proven equestrian leader with real herd management expertise
  • Experienced supervising instructors and developing staff
  • Comfortable owning a department budget
  • Strategically minded and financially aware
  • Energized by growth, not intimidated by it
  • Equally confident in boots and in leadership meetings

  • Off-season revenue streams

You don’t just maintain programs — you scale them.
