General Description: This position will carry out the horse care for all of the horses on property under the instruction of the Horsemanship Director and Assistant Director. This position will oversee the maintenance and care of all vehicles, equipment, facilities , corrals, fencing, pastures and grounds through the maintenance staff and barn assistant(s).

 

General Qualifications: Beyond the general qualifications for being on Warm Beach Camp Ministries staff, we are looking for someone with experience feeding, caring for and training horses. Experience and ability to supervise, and direct the physical assets of the facilities along with organized and strong communication skills. And most of all a love for Christ and using horses as a platform to impact others for Christ.

 

Specifics: This position will begin as soon as filled. Pay range will be $36,000-$40,000 DOE.  This is a year-round, full-time, hourly position. On campus housing may be available for single or couple.
