Executive Director Position
Certified Horsemanship Association – Location, is , Remote
Certified Horsemanship Association (CHA) changes lives through safe experiences with horses. Promoting excellence in safety and education, the Executive Director is a rewarding position, benefitting the entire horse industry. This unique challenging leadership opening is an exempt position responsible for developing the organizational plan, fiscal activities, coordinating and overseeing all board of directors and staff strategic plans, and programs.
Qualified candidates will demonstrate organizational development skills, board, community and public relations, experience providing; membership support, personnel administration, and a wide range of marketing activities. Job qualifications include a minimum of five (5) years experience working in non-profit sector with an undergraduate degree in Communications, Non-Profit Mgmt, Business. Must be proficient with computer programs, the equine industry and be familiar with CHA and its program.
This position reports to the Board of Directors, is located remotely, and is required to travel at times. Benefits include but are not limited to: Vacation/PTO, health coverage allowance, and conference attendance. Starting salary: $60,000.
