Job Description:

Hope for Horses, Inc. a Equine Welfare Organization is expanding.  We are growing our youth programs and are looking for someone (or two?) interested in developing and implimenting programs geared towards introducing youth to the equine experience.  Including day camps, weekend retreats, after school programs, and ??.  

Experienced in relationship based horse developing.  We take in a high number of retired race horses, (thoroughbreds) and through educating them in new careers, bring them into our riding programs.  Using a relationship based model helps teach students an more empathetic way to interact and ride horses.  If you are strong in your horsemanship and want to grow and share your talents, we would love to talk with you.

Pay depending on experience.

We are located in North Central California (Sacramento Central Valley)
