Job Description:

Inspiration Ranch provides equine-assisted riding lessons and activities to children, youth, and adults with cognitive, physical, emotional, and social disabilities. We are a Christ-centered facility located 7 miles from The Woodlands on 40 beautiful acres, home to a growing herd of 16 horses. Our values include safety, passion, excellence, partnership, fun and stewardship.

We are seeking a PATH Intl. certified and experienced professional to join our dynamic team. The instructor will provide adaptive riding lessons for individuals experiencing various challenges. Responsibilities include writing lesson plans, teaching riding lessons, writing progress notes, conditioning horses, attending horse shows, and training volunteers.

Applicant must be a certified riding instructor and have experience teaching adaptive riding lessons and preferably able-bodied lessons as well. Candidate should be an energetic, dedicated, and a creative individual desiring growth and learning who is local or willing to relocate.
